How much time do I need?

Between 8-35 minutes depending on the video selection. The Daily Series averages 8 minutes long, while the Banish Your Low Back Pain Series averages 27 minutes per video.

How long does it take to start seeing results?

This is dependent on you as an individual. The majority of users experience changes after the first day however your success depends on you. If you would like a one-on-one paid consult to discuss individual strategies specific to you, email bswithbethany@gmail.com, and one can be set up.

What if I can’t do a movement?

If you are unable to do a movement, email bswithbethany@gmail.com letting us know which movement it is and we can provide an alternative. In the subject line use “mobility alternative”.

How will I know what videos to do?
