When we're 80 years old, we're going to be strong enough and able enough, to lift our grandbabies over our head and airplane them into the sunset...without the fear of falling and breaking our hip!
To get there, we have to move better and eat better NOW.
Yes, NOW, while we're in the thick of raising those beautiful, growing, children of ours. maintaining a relationship with that person we chose to do life with.
Morning meditation and journaling, taking the pup for a walk with hubs, working out, time with my babies, feeling blessed
Working out, watching my babies out on the diamond, going on walk-n-talks, snuggled up reading a book.
putting yourself down, excuses without a plan, talking crap and complaining, cheese
Giving yourself grace, putting in the work, always growing, respecting peoples time, putting family first
We know you're....
⭐coordinating after-school snacks to hand out as you pick up and drop off at practices/lessons because everyone is always STARVING.
⭐picking up raffle prizes for the fundraiser, snacks for the party, and can't forget about that birthday present!
⭐sighing deep as you drop off a forgotten permission slip because yeah, yeah, we're supposed to let them fail, but c'mon - missing out on a field trip?! We can't have that!
⭐Still doing that one thing that funds the rest of the things...ya know, that J.O.B!

Our superpower is helping mamas with two or more kiddos find ways to get fitter, stronger, more toned and stand our own in a 20 yard sprint against our oldest💨

Together we figure out a plan, complete with how to overcome potential struggles, so you're like "holy sheezeballs, this might actually work!"
With daily accountability, weekly check-ins, and some determination, in 3 months we will have burned SO many calories happy dancing celebrating ALL your victories!
