I have spent the last 12 years working closely with moms and youth athletes on their fitness, nutrition, and mobility.

One thing we all have in common is that we are continually getting older…

And getting older means we need to give our bodies and joints a little more love so we can keep doing what we do.

When I started adding daily strength-based mobility to my routine, the aches and pains that had started, disappeared. My lifts got heavier, I moved better and my body felt great!
