I use yoga as a way to slow my mind and body down so I can really connect with my spirit. Plus it stretches me out and helps keep me flexible which helps me train better 😉 If you want to experience some BS with Beth style yoga be sure to click the button below to see my some of my videos!

“I like my thoughts, why would I want them to go away?” I remember thinking when someone brought up meditation. I imagined the goal of meditation as to walking around without any thoughts in your head and I was quite fond of the rambling stream of thoughts constantly flowing through my head.
Since then, I’ve learned that meditation is about learning how to focus on what you WANT to focus on. Instead of letting yourself get swept into thoughts that don’t serve you, meditation helps you learn how to focus on the thoughts you want. It helps you learn to breath in those emotional charged moments, creating space to react in a way that makes you proud. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
If you’d like to try meditating, click the link below. I’ve got 2 minute meditations to help you get started if you’re brand new because sitting still is definitely something I had to work on!
