Olympic Lifting 6 Week program

Do you want eyes on YOU and a coach who is willing to do the homework to make YOU a better athlete?

If you answered yes to any of these, then this 6 Week Small Group Olympic Class would be a great fit for you!

Over the course of six weeks you and two other women are going to improve your technique, your strength, and your PRs! We will meet two times a week and there will be 3 Saturday “open gym” sessions where you can come and work on whatever you would like. Each session will include mobility, technique and strength work as well as lots of knowledge bombs.

While some movements and drills will be the same for everyone, you will also get personalized programming to help YOU improve even more as an athlete.

For the days that we aren’t together, you will have mobility, technique and CORE work assigned to you through TrueCoach. While these are optional, they will go a long way in improving your lifts as well as protecting your joints, ligaments and tendons!

My goal is for you to walk away stronger, more confident and full of knowledge!!

I am obsessed with weightlifting. There is SO much beauty in the snatch and clean and jerk and no matter how amazing you are, there is ALWAYS something you can work on. And then there’s the fact that some days are definitely better than others! But no matter what we show up, we put in the work and little by little becomes a lot. I have been in the fitness industry for almost a decade. Starting as a Beachbody Coach, becoming certified as a group exercise instructor and a personal trainer, and then branching out to coaching CrossFit, I have been exposed to a lot of things. In January of 2020 I took my Burgener Strength Weightlifting Level 1 and soon launched into co-coaching an 8 week Barbell Class. And then the world stopped. I started lifting at my home studio and for the last year and a half I have been focusing exclusively on Olympic lifting. I have increased my total by 40lbs since then (18KGs) and my technique has improved ten-fold since working with my coach. I love learning, I love teaching, and I love the Olympic Lifts. I cannot WAIT to help you become a better lifter!
