If you answered yes to any of these, then this 6 Week Small Group Olympic Class would be a great fit for you!
Over the course of six weeks you and two other women are going to improve your technique, your strength, and your PRs! We will meet two times a week and there will be 3 Saturday “open gym” sessions where you can come and work on whatever you would like. Each session will include mobility, technique and strength work as well as lots of knowledge bombs.
While some movements and drills will be the same for everyone, you will also get personalized programming to help YOU improve even more as an athlete.
For the days that we aren’t together, you will have mobility, technique and CORE work assigned to you through TrueCoach. While these are optional, they will go a long way in improving your lifts as well as protecting your joints, ligaments and tendons!
