You have been doing amazing, incredible things.
It is so easy to get lost in all the things that we have to do, that we don’t take time for ourselves.
And I need you to know that you are worth it.
You deserve to take the time for you.
It’s actually imperative.
It’s going to make you a better human. It’s gonna make you a better person. It’s going to allow you to come back and do the things you need to do.
It’s so easy to get caught up in doing everything for everybody else and making sure everybody has what they need, but who’s making sure that YOU have what you need?
If you are not taking the time to make sure that your mind’s right, your body’s right, your spirit’s right, nobody else is going to do it for you.
And unfortunately, the older we get, the more we come to realize that it’s up to us.
We have to take care of ourselves.
This is your sign to do what you need to do to carve out some space for you.
To go for that walk that you keep putting off because there’s a million other things to do.
There is always going to be something else you have to get done.
So screw it.
Take some time for you, get stronger, get healthier.
Whether it’s physically, whether it’s mentally, whether it’s spiritually, I need you to do something for you.
And by doing that, you are setting an example.
You are changing the energetic output that surrounds you and you deserve it.
You deserve to say no to things, to make time for you.
Because if you don’t fill your own cup, you’re going to break.
And then what?
You deserve more than that.
You are an amazing, incredible, wonderful human being who needs to take some space, take some time, and do what’s right for you.
So remember that as you go through your week…
when things get crazy…
when you catch yourself spinning out of control or running around like a chicken with your head cut off…
take a deep breath
take a time-out
and do something for you.
Whether it’s five minutes, two minutes, an hour, you are worth it and it will make you better.
You got this.
I hope you have a great one.
